Raised in Israel and New Jersey, Eli discovered his passion for baseball in his late teens as an avid Phillies fan. After coaching his two sons in the U.S. for years, he made Aliyah in 2024 and jumped right onto the field with Ra'anana Baseball, bringing hands-on youth coaching experience and a deep love for the game to our Minors and Juveniles divisions.

Natan is one of Israel’s premier certified baseball coaches, bringing years of elite
experience to the field. Natan has led Israel national teams of every age (U12, U15,
U18, U23 and the Senior National Team) in international competition, he specializes
in player development, game strategy, and fostering a lifelong love for baseball.

Raised on baseball in the US, Justin has spent the last seven years coaching across
multiple divisions in Raanana. With two sons currently playing in the league, he
brings deep foundational knowledge and a patient, growth-oriented approach to our
youngest athletes.

Having played baseball his entire life, Elie grew up right here in the Raanana Baseball program and went on to represent Israel on multiple National Teams. He is excited to bring his experience as a player back to the field, mentoring the next generation of players and helping them develop both their skills and a lifelong passion for the game.

Idan has been playing for the Israeli National Teams since age 15, representing the country in tournaments across Europe. He spent his final year of high school at a baseball academy in the U.S. and currently serves as an Outstanding Athlete in the IDF. Idan is excited to bring his recent international playing experience to the field and mentor the next generation of players

With over 20 years of playing experience, Betzalel grew up in the Ra'anana baseball system from 5th grade through high school and into the Premier League. He stepped in to coach the Ra'anana Juniors last season and brings elite player-development expertise from his two years coaching with both the U18 Israel National Team and Academy programs.

Bringing relentless energy and a passion for community, Daniel and his family have been central to the Raanana Baseball spirit. As a hands-on youth coach, he focuses on creating an encouraging environment where kids build confidence, learn fundamentals, and fall in love with the game.

A longtime pillar of Raanana Baseball, Ruby has spent years leading the Juniors
program, including three championship titles and has been on the coaching staff of
four national teams. He focuses on developing sharp baseball IQ, teamwork, and
strong personal character.

A former Israel National Team player, Meir has dedicated his career to growing
Israeli baseball. He is focused on mentoring the next generation and helping young
athletes reach the highest levels of the sport.

Raised in the Raanana program, Aviad has grown from a local standout to a current
Israel Senior National Team player. He helped lead his team to back-to-back
Juniors championship titles in 2022 and 2023 and has since played in high level
leagues in the US, Japan and France. Aviad is a certified coach in both baseball
and strength and conditioning. He has coached both Cadets and Junior team to
league championships. Aviad excels bringing high-level field experience and private
instruction expertise to Raanana players.

Growing up in LA before moving to Israel at age 11, Freddy played 8 years in Raanana and earned 6 national team caps. As former head coach of the Raanana Juniors, he led the team to four championship appearances (winning three: 2019, 2022, 2023). He currently leads Israel's U18 National Team program.
